How do I add my bank statements?

Download your statement from your banking app as a CSV file, not a PDF, then upload it on the Statements tab. In Monzo, tap the three dots on your card, choose Bank statements, pick the dates and choose CSV.

Can I bring in my budget spreadsheet?

Yes. In Settings, choose Import a spreadsheet and pick the months you want to bring across.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted, never sold and never used for advertising.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, then Delete account. You can download a copy of your data first.

Does Annum give financial advice?

No. Annum helps you plan and track your own money. For advice, speak to a regulated financial adviser or use free guidance from MoneyHelper.
